Shipping Policy

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. So your items reaches you quickly and safely. Below you find our estimated shipping times and how we can and will assist you if something unforseen would happen. Our promise to you as our customer is always to do our outmost to deliver your items as fast as possible.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

Your order will be sent out on average within 5 days of ordering, usually faster, after your order has been processed and shipped it will take between 3-20 business days for it to arrive to you, depending on your location, please see examples below.

Europe: 3-5 business days

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Example: Order processed in 3 days, send within Europe, days in transit 5, total working days passed since order 8. (usually it takes less time for your order to reach you)

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

Along with our partner we will review replacement/return requests only:

(a) if a product is damaged

(b) there is a print error

 

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at Bitcoin Wardrobe noting your order number and we will make sure a new item is sent straight away.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered.
